My institutional user account is about to expire. What options do I have?

  • If you still hold the status under which your institutional user account was originally issued, you can renew or reactivate it by following these instructions.
  • If you have been assigned a new role at AUTh that allows you to keep your institutional user account or obtain a new one, please contact the Support team of the Digital Governance Unit for personalized instructions.
  • If you no longer hold a role at AUTh that allows you to keep your user account active, your access to AUTh’s digital services will gradually be deactivated.

    In any case, you can log in to the Account Management Portal and enable email forwarding to another address. Forwarding applies only to new incoming messages and will remain active for one year after your account expires. If you are or have been a faculty member or permanent staff at AUTh, email forwarding will remain active indefinitely.
