Services provided to university alumni
  • Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) alumni can retain their institutional user account and maintain part of the corresponding e-services. These services include:

    • Institutional email by forwarding messages to a private email address. This can be activated and configured via the institutional account management portal https://myaccount.auth.gr. PHD Alumni can actively retain their institutional email accounts.
    • Application for digitally signed degree certificates through the platform https://students.auth.gr .
    • Αccess to Google Apps for Education cloud services https://it.auth.gr/service/gapps/ .
    • Career support services offered by the AUTH Career Office (career.auth.gr) .
    • Free phone communication with the university and its members via the VoIP service.

    The development of alumni services aims to:

    • Provide 24/7 support for alumni located locally or remotely and enhance the services offered by AUTH to its alumni.
    • Minimize the need for alumni to contact their Department’s Secretariat or faculty members for trivial matters.
    • Maximize opportunities for continuing academic career and professional development.
  • You must have an institutional user account at AUTh.

  • Six months after your graduation, your account will expire and you will receive messages prompting you to renew it as an alumnus. You can check the expiration date on myaccount.auth.gr. Within 15 days before the expiration, you can renew it automatically.

    A renewal is required every 3 years to keep the alumni account active.
