Services provided to university alumni
  • Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) alumni can retain their institutional user account and enjoy some of the e-services they had as active students. These services include:

    • Keep their university email with the option to forward emails to another address. This can be configured via https://myaccount.auth.gr. Alumni of Doctoral Programs retain their email accounts without changes.
    • Receiving digitally signed certificates through the platform https://students.auth.gr.
    • Retaining access to Google Apps for Education cloud services.
    • Career support services offered by the AUTH Career Office (career.auth.gr).
    • Free phone communication with the university and its members via the VoIP service.

    The development of alumni services aims to:

    • Provide 24/7 support for alumni located in Thessaloniki and other regions, or abroad, and enhance the services offered by AUTH to its alumni.
    • Minimize the need for alumni to contact their Department’s Secretariat or faculty members for routine matters.
    • Maximize opportunities for continuing academic careers, professional development, and maintaining connections with fellow alumni.
  • Six months after your graduation, your account will expire, and you will receive emails prompting you to renew it as a graduate. Check the expiration date in the portal myaccount.auth.gr. You can renew it automatically if there are fewer than 15 days left until its expiration.

    The user account renewal must be performed every 3 years to remain active.
