Stages of institutional user account's deactivation

The table below illustrates the stages your institutional account goes through and the services available to you at each stage, depending on your student status.
Graduates can renew their account if there are fewer than 15 days remaining until its expiration.

Active Student Status

  Deactivated:
– Receiving email updates from the university community
– Personal storage space
– Personal websites

– Access to websites requiring active status (e.g., eudoxus.gr)

The email service remains active.  
Deactivated:
The university email address (AUTH)

All other e-services

Note: You will receive notifications 15 days and 5 days before service deactivation.

If Your Student Status is No Longer Active, You Have the Following Options:

  1. Renew Your Account as an AUTH Graduate. Consult this webpage.
  2. Renew Your Account with a New Status at AUTH. If you have a new status at AUTH, you can renew your account by contacting the User Support Center for personalized instructions.
  3. Email Forwarding to Another Address. If you are not eligible or do not wish to renew your account (e.g., due to suspension or discontinuation of studies), you can set up email forwarding to another address according to the provided instructions. This forwarding will be valid for one year from the expiration date of your institutional account.
  4. Take No Action. In this case, your account will go through the stages described on this webpage.
